Returns & Refunds

🔄 Returns

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • To start a return, please contact us at by emailing/calling us
  • Once approved, you can post the item back to us or drop it to the shop

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow a few days for it to appear, depending on your bank

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened haircare or beauty products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift vouchers

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or wrong, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll sort it ASAP — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. 

If you believe you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.

To assess the fault, the item must be returned to us for inspection. Once we have examined the product and confirmed the fault, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

If no manufacturing fault is found, the item will be returned to you.

When sending a faulty item back, please ensure it is packaged securely and includes your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue to avoid delays.
